How do I find you?

All you need to do is drive out of Savusavu town, past the Savusavu airport, and continue following the ONLY tar sealed road until you see Mangrove Jacks Kayaks Sign board, on your right, 24 km past the airport.

How does VIP Pickup work?

If you want to get picked up, choose the VIP option during booking and our driver will pick you up from the resort reception.

How long are the tours?

The tours are half day tours, all you need to do, is choose if you want to do a morning or afternoon tour.

Do you provide all equipment?

We provide you with a very stable sit on top kayak, and a non-restricting life jacket giving you freedom to row comfortably, and will not make you hot. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing,
sunscreen, and a hat. Water shoes is also handy, but not essential.

I can't swim, is that OK?

It is not essential for you to be able to swim. If you fall into the water, you can pull your lifejacket cord, which will inflate your life jacket, and keep you afloat. Our experienced guides will immediately come to your assistance and ensure that you are safe.

Is there a shop close by?

Yes, there is a shop on site where you can purchase light refreshments, and Mangrove Jacks souvenirs.

Where are the VIP pickup locations?

VIP pickup location is at your resort reception

Can I change my booking?

You can change your booking at any time, until 7am the day before your kayak adventure booking.

Will I see sharks?

No, your chances of seeing sharks is highly unlikely.

Can I take photos?

You are free to take as many photos as you like.

Do you do group discounts?

If you arrange a group of 8 people you only need to pay for 7 people, your kayak adventure will be free.

Do you do multiple Tour discounts?

Yes, we give multiple tour discounts. Book one tour, and if you enjoy the experience, ask us for a discount code to book one of the other tours.
