  • Nature sets the schedule out here, tour times may shift a little with the tides and seasons. To make sure you get the best experience possible. Typically, you can expect the Salt Lake Kayak Tour at 9am, the Reef Tour at 1pm, and the Sunset Tour at 4pm.
  • We'd recommend keeping the rest of the day free. No other tours, no rush. Just relax, take it all in, and enjoy yourself. After all, you're on Fiji time now.

All you need to do is drive out of Savusavu town, past the Savusavu airport, and continue following the ONLY tar sealed road until you see Mangrove Jacks Kayaks Sign board, on your right, 24 km past the airport.

If you want to get picked up, choose the VIP option during booking and our driver will pick you up from the resort reception.
The tours are half day tours, all you need to do, is choose if you want to do a morning or afternoon tour.

We provide you with a very stable sit on top kayak, and a non-restricting life jacket giving you freedom to row comfortably, and will not make you hot. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing,
sunscreen, and a hat. Water shoes is also handy, but not essential.
It is not essential for you to be able to swim. If you fall into the water, you can pull your lifejacket cord, which will inflate your life jacket, and keep you afloat. Our experienced guides will immediately come to your assistance and ensure that you are safe.
Yes, there is a shop on site where you can purchase light refreshments, and Mangrove Jacks souvenirs.

You can change your booking at any time, until 7am the day before your kayak adventure booking.
No, your chances of seeing sharks is highly unlikely.
You are free to take as many photos as you like.
If you arrange a group of 8 people you only need to pay for 7 people, your kayak adventure will be free.
